Terms and Conditions

• In order to book any type of service a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation this deposit will not be refunded. The method of payment is 50% at the moment the work begins and the remaining 25% on completion.
• Under no circumstances will we deliver the final files until 100% of the payment has been made.
• Our work includes up to 3 revisions in both mixing and mastering, with a cost of 15€ per additional revision.
• We keep the sessions and final files for life, but we can not fully guarantee its preservation in case any error in our backup discs occurs, so we advise the client to keep the copy that will be sent at the end of each project.
• If you need STEMS of your mixes, they have an additional cost of 15€ per track (Playback, Acapella, Tv Mix). If you need more STEMS than those included, please contact us for more info.
• All bookings, cancellations or date changes must be made via email.
• A payment by bank transfer, Paypal or cash is possible.
